I recommend debaffling the airbox and a chip. Maybe a new exhaust if you want a different sound.
If you want to track it, get a Limited Slip Differential.
Get lightweight 17" rims, 15-18lbs each.
Then start saving for an M3. You can spend a lot of money and way too much time and still fall short of the M3.
