Did you have milkshake?

If so, you'll need to clean out more than just the oil cooler. Most likely the entire cooling system (the oil system has much higher pressure than the cooling system, so oil tends to enter the cooling system). Flush the engine and radiator with water until all the glop comes out. That's what I did on a car I used to have with failed oil cooler seals anyway, and it worked fine. Messy and takes forever to flush the crud out though.
