The rear can be bolted (with a high grade bolt and washer) to the toe eyes behind the bumper. Cut a small notch in the valence to pass the strap through. To protect the strap from the heat of the exhaust, you can use the large heat sleeve that hot rod shops sell to protect wires in high-temp areas.
