In consideration of the premium charged, it is understood and agreed that the automobile(s) described in the policy will only be used for exhibitions, parades, car club activities and other like functions, including occasional personal outings, such as pleasure trips and picnics. The vehicle(s) will not be used for regular transportation purposes. It is also understood and agreed that the vehicle will not travel more than 5,000 kms each year.

One could always argue that your accident occured on your way to a picnic or whatever, but if somebody backed into you in a parking lot? I'm just glad I no longer have to worry about my insurance company trying to pull that potential weenie clause.
