As far as I remember it's not a fun job and will take a while:

1) remove carpet from trunk
2) remove cardboard which protects the fresh air vents
3) remove the cables from the plastic central housing
4) remove the air intake mesh from the outside
5) unplug electrical connector to the blower
6) lift the whole plastic unit out of the car (whiggle a bit, as it is sitting with a "drain plug" in the chassis)
7) disassemble the fan motor with the blades
8) remove plastic "turbine" blades from the shaft
9) exchange motor
10) reassemble

Note that the "turbine" style blades are balanced by small metallic clips, so don't remove them!
