WOW!!! That's a hunk 'o' cow. Or "bouef" up in your neck of the woods. To paraphrase the famous line from "Jaws"..."I think we need a bigger pan."
Our christmas eve dinner turned out good...Cajun shrimp boil, hot baguettes and cinamon seasoned sweet potato fries as an appetizer. Couldn't find the curly fry maker. (Traditional menu the kids picked out years ago

)..
For our annual Merry Matini "Its christmas nite and let's have all our friends over for a casual get together because everybody's tired of being pleasant to the relatives and getting cabin fever" party, I'm smoking a brisket over hickory and a turkey over mesquite, buncha finger food nibblies...and of course Sweet Marie will be shaking specialty martinis all evening. Last year I found myself cooking breakfast for 20 or so diehards at 5 a.m....last guest left at 730 a.m as the sun was coming up
