Funny you should ask. I called two of them and got roughly the same evasive answer. Basically, the polite translation is they don't want to give the name of their guys out because this is typically a slow process and they don't want me holding up restorations they may be conducting.
I guess that's the consequence of doing most of the work on the car myself. ..but this project is way beyond my skills.
