Usually it can be a fraud email. They send you their own link which look like your bank account. After you entered your logn and password, they capture it and you are gone.
If that is the case, you should check your account right away and if nothing happens yet, change your password righ away.
BO is yanking your chain. He doesn't even have a BoA account, as he says in his last sentence.
