In the meanwhile:

Find a small gear oil pump at the local parts place. Use it to pump ATF to the reservoir. I add a section of clear hose to the pump, so the pump and bottle are out from under the car. I add a plastic tie around the exhaust pipe to hold the hose in place. Pump until full. Start the car for a few seconds to let the pump refill the torque converter. Pump until full. Star the car for a few seconds. Pump until full. Repeat until starting the car no longer draws the level down too low. Leave the engine running while you top off the fluid to the cold level mark on the reservoir. Lower the car and go drive it a litte to get the trans up to temp. Recheck the fluid level at temperature and adjust as needed.
