Asking prices seem to be in the $20-25K range. Lots of work goes into such a conversion and typically, its more than just a motor swap, but you find cars with 17" wheels, big brakes, oil coolers, bodywork (rear flares) etc.

I have no idea how close that is with transaction prices and it seems because of the seller specific mods, it takes a while to find a buyer who will appreciate such a modified car.
