Dead-on. He's well aware of the difficulty of selling such a car, and he's not in a rush to sell it - it's not a financial decision, he wants into a 993. So he's opted to go the long-haul route and wait to find the right buyer who will pay what the car's worth, just like he did. That car has had all the other upgrades, not just the motor swap - cooling, tranny, brakes, etc.
