I am about to travel to middle America to look at a car. I'm not certain this is a good thing as I don't need another hobby car.

Buuuut.........

I have a big weakness, its called '69 and '70 Boss 302's.

I just can't get them out of my head.........it is an illness of which I am certain. I have had two but neither was drivable as we all know restoration costs can do to a savings account. So better judgment prevailed and they were sold some years ago.

Something about the Ford solid lifter engines make me weak in the knees.

If purchased I will be selling one of my mid 80's 911 coupes. With my luck I will pay too much for the Boss and get too little for the 911. Thats usually how that works.

Any and all comments welcome. Perhaps someone can talk me out of this foolish notion. "But I really want one"
