If the fluid level is ok then the master cylinder probably is leaking internally. I would replace both cylinders, the pressure hose and the blue hose that goes from the fluid reservoir to the master cylinder. If you are doing this yourself, you WILL need some sort of pressure bleeder. Expect to spend a few hours doing this job.
If you can't do it, take it to a shop that understands Porsches.....
