My apologies to Fred, with whom I have upset. This was furthest from my mind, but ironically enough the car that I am talking about was traded for an early Turbo out of Florida.

I have no way of knowing anything more about this car since Sports Car Specialty (owned by Greg Godbout, 864-574-0453) has probably gone out of business. These were the guys that put a 1971 911 "S" targa (orange and Euro) together, but they did not misrepresent their creation. I had them add the air thinking I was going to accept this car. The guy from Florida I was talking about traded the early 911 Turbo for the car as an even trade, but the Turbo, as luck would have it, needed work.

His shop burned to the ground with my 73RS prototype car in it. The car I was inquiring about was brought in for me as a partial payback and I refused it, which is why I have been asking questions about this car. The fact that Fred knows his car, is enough for me to back off and the fact that is not a Euro car proves that I am on the wrong track.

Fred... sorry about asking the questions and I certainly didn't mean to offend you. Please put more of a description of your car on Ebay... it looks like a very nice car. You will benefit from adding to it. More pictures would help as well.
