of course a 911 is a nice tool for many roads, but isn't super quiet or comfortable . . .esp. for more than two. My Cayenne, otoh, has made us a few trips to and from SoCal. Not only does it make little fuss about getting around whoever/whatever, it gets us there feeling as if we had only made a trip up to the store. ...fast, quiet, comfortable, non-conspicuous travel has it's merit. ...for some. YMMV
Hey, I like slice and dice. It's good to have a car that you can control. But on that slab/travel deal, you can go only so fast. I think the Panamera turbo is a bit excessive.

But, hey, I think people who buy GT3 RS's for the street are foolish.
