thats laughable. alot of agencies are freezing vacancies and even have cops layed off. the photo radar was a self funding contract. the only thing that will get more cops is an ramp up in border violence and a sudden feeling that "we arent safe".
"more with less" will be the Law Enforcement creedo for then next 5 years.
