I can't really help you too much with C&C, I didn't really get that far into the process of buying that car off of them. wasn't exactly overwhelmed by the responsiveness of the guy there and that was a big factor in deciding where to spend my money. quick, informative responses=serious seller IMO.
Get a completely indipendent PPI, preferably at a place suggested by a fellow pelican, and get them to check out whatever you need.
I ended up going a totally different route on the east coast. there are LOTS of cars out there these days!
