Year-and-a-half old thread, I know, but it seems a good place for these questions:
There's no magic, must-have metal for these low-torque valve cover studs is there? I can just match them up at a local retailer, right?
Nuts are solidly stuck on two of three studs that backed out when I pulled one of the lower covers.
