Somewhere, there's a lady that does this kind of thing full time, but it's not really that hard, it just takes time and patience and a steady hand. Mine took me 4-5 hours on a rainy Sunday afternoon while watching football and they absolutely make the wheels!

no1biscuit (Thom): get the paints and the brushes and set aside an afternoon, you'll thank yourself and feel good about doing it yourself.

Here's how mine turned out and they were the plastic centercaps too.
