I'm sorting out parts for a total steering overhaul.
Can someone give me a run down on which parts work with what.
I have a 86 944 NA with power steering.
I am going to buy this rack off ebay

It comes with just the tie-rods, but says it fits all models. SO is it just the tie-rod ends that are different for pre 86 and post 86?
I can find whole tie-rods for a 83-86 with power steering on PP. But cannot find just the outer ends for a 86 with power steering.
So I can assume that all cars with manual steering are different then cars with power steering when it comes to tie-rods.
Post 1986 have a different offset so do they use different tie rods and tie-rod ends? or just tie rods?
Want to order this rack soon but if it shows up with tie-rods that wont work Ill be delayed and do not want to re-use my old ones.
Just a little confused, and I haven't even factored in the TURBO part of this.
Any help would be nice,
