Autozone might not be a better deal. Out here in California (ironically, really close to the company that the OP referenced on Ebay), the Autozone unit is $200 + $143 core charge and, from the photos, does not include the inner tie rods. At PP those are $160 but include new outer tie rods too. So for a fully functioning steering assembly we are at $370 (don't forget $10 for new boots) going the Autozone route.

With the OPs rebuilder we get a rack for $295 (the price includes a $30 core charge) that includes the inner tie rods. These are, somewhat ironically, available at Autozone for $16/each or $32. So for new everything we end up at $327 and we don't have to do the whole charade on the bench with vice to install the inner tie rods.
