I can get you the OEM weld-on brackets if you need them. They're not too bad, and not very hard to weld on for somebody who knows how. I can also provide some direction on where the welds should go if you need it. I think I might have spare bar and some hardware floating around too.

The other alternative is to get 3.5" U-bolts. This approach will be cheaper than the other aftermarket kit referenced above, but both of those approaches will not allow you to get the same factory angle on the bar, so if you go this route, you might want to get the $69 adjustable drop links from Paragon rather than using the stock drop links so you can set the preload the way you want.
