Modified car. Unusual color. High asking price. At least 4 decisions subject to personal preferences/taste whims (seats, wheels, tail, air dam). All of which affects the market.
Not saying by any means that it's not worth what you're asking, just that your market for a turbo is limited, a modified turbo more so. Folks seem to prefer spending 3 times as much to do it themselves...
Looks like you're hitting all the places you need to advertise; I think you should keep listing it the places you have, and wait. If you're determined not to drop the price - but don't need to sell, what do you have to lose? The web site is a great idea.
Heck, my car has very similar motor modifications (except EFI) and I daily-drive it, often in the rain - just get "real" insurance and sell the PT cruiser. Least you won't have to fit snow tires in AZ..
