No additional money-it was covered in the cost of the registration but you still had to go get that cursory inspection. The biggest hassle was 4 square inches required of helmet reflectors-like I'm going to put reflectors on the Corsair.
Had to keep an old helmet just for that stupid regulation. Jerks.
