i would make sure the plunger moves up and down freely with no fuel pressure. then measure the fuel quantity of all 6 injectors using 6 individual jars. tony has a nice little setup for doing that, i just used 6 cups and weighed the fuel in a common container.
my feeling is its not the FD.
and your getting full advance out of the dizzy?
air leaks past the injector sleeves, or the rubber on the runner tubes? intake gaskets and intake tight on the heads?
