The Ghia was originally from Texas and was amazingly straight and rust free. I sold this Ghia about 4 months ago, a gentlemen came to me and made me an offer I could not refuse. I never put bumbers on it. I liked the look's without. The car had a 150 hp 2086 motor in it. The car was a blast to drive and I do miss it. But with my son in college and my daughter needing $4800 in braces the guys offer was to enticing. That's why I chose to paint the 914 the same color. The sadest part is I've heard that the guy that bought the Ghia never drives it. He just leaves it in the garage, what a shame!! My next conquest will be a pre-70 beetle vert, totally original and stock!!
