Correct, the Brokerage Fee is build-in in the cost of the overnight delivery so it could be a good option for certain item.
As for "duty", I never paid any on all my stuff (100% declared as I go NY at least to once a week). Of course except for food, I pay HST (thanks to MCGuinty the
*&^%er). They never ask where the parts/item come from.
