Porschekid, there are only a few critical parts in the early cooling system...Thermostat, Thermal fan switch, rad, coolant, proper cap to keep system closed, fans. Stogie25 has a point. The system itself could be clogged. Do the hoses get hot? Do both fans turn on, first driver side, then passenger side? By the way, the high speed fan not coming on in high heat condition means the fan relay is not good.
