The factory widebody (M471?) (1984-1989?) not only had the turbo fenders, but also Turbo brakes and Turbo suspension components.. it was, essentially, a "turbo" with the stock, nonturbod 3.2 motor This would be the ideal car to find and would be priced higher than a non factory conversion. Not sure on production numbers for the Targa though.
sometimes cars were "converted" because of an accident, so be sure to check for damage as well as the quality of the conversion.
