Only will kill the throw out bearing. If you are lucky though, the clutch will wear (normally) before the throw out bearing goes bad. Just make sure you change the TOB at the time the clutch comes out.
My wife grew up on a farm. Nothing she can't shift or shifts incorrectly, including a worn out 915.
