Don't think that's true. Same lug spacing as a lot of other cars.
You may be thinking of the fact the for a number of years, Chrysler products had lugs on one side of the car that screwed on counterclockwise (reverse thread) and clockwise on the other. I don't remember offhand which side was which. It prevented the nuts from coming loose and falling off if they were not tightened properly.
That has nothing to do with the wheels or lug spacing.
That Dodge has stock '64 body side panels, hood, trunk lid, tailights, grille (modified) and side trim. Interesting.
