I bought the car as a roller from another Pelican guy and pulled parts from it before driving it. From the looks of the booster, brake fluid must have leaked at some point. Not sure if these MC's are rebuildable or not, but would think based on the evidence it is a good idea to rebuild it if kits are available. If rebuild kits are not available, the MC is probably not worth messing with.
