I welded up some rectangular stainless tubing that attaches under the front of the frame rails of the factory seat from my 911. This kicks the seat a bit back so it it is easier to look up at the TV. The wheel support comes up between your legs with a "T" on the top that the wheel clamps to. I'm not doing iRacing though, just Gran Turismo 5 on the PS3.
Works really good but if I was doing it again I would make the support come up the side so it is easier to get out of the seat when my back is out.
