Best bet, since you have it apart is to replace everything you can if you can afford to: clutch disk, pressure plate, throwout bearing, o rings/shaft seals, and transmission output seal, etc.

Once you get it back together, you'll want to leave it alone for many miles, so take the time now and replace as much as you can of all the wearable items.

Also, grease the shaft that the throw out bearing rides on before you assemble everything. Can't recall the exact term for that component right now, but it is the fitting that connects to the trans and which the throw out bearing goes around as it moves back and forth.
