I've had mine for two years and still no bubbles. I'm sure the professional tinters know what to do to prevent such things, it's not like Porsche was the first ones to come up with rear defrosters. (My Pontiac Catalina had one, and it was tinted, and never no bubbles in 5 yrs.).
