Thanks both. The description and pics are consistent with what I have seen. However, I am looking at significantly more deterioration. The black surface of lining is completely gone. The white Styrofoam-like material beneath is soft and cracked. I will have a PPI and have it looked at carefully but would be interested if anyone sees potential for a significant problem here?
