heck out the Lindsey kit, it replaces the rubber lines with steel braided lines...you cut into the metal line down in the wheel well away from any heat source. It uses compression fittings to secure the steel braided lines to the factory steel line.

According to my 3 year old dealer price list, the line to the FPR is 73.99 and the line to the damper is 78.95, and that's just for the sections from the junction shown in the PET. Remember, you should not buy used hoses, or you will end up in the same boat your in now...99.9% of the lines out there are over 20 years old.
The easiest way would be to either buy the Lindsey kit, locate a similar kit, or make your own lines, and splice into the existing steel fuel line INSIDE the wheel well, like shown in the Lindsey instructions.
