Those are plugs used to plug the air-injection ports when that system is removed (one of the "smog" systems used on these cars) . . .
Pelican sells this style of plug for that use: Pelican Parts - Product Information: PEL-BRC-02
Other businesses, such as TurboKraft sell them as well . . .
