I agree the long term reliability is an issue. Does it count that the Boxer has a similar configuration and has been around since 97? Starting to see some of those > 100K and havent heard about any problems. I guess it will be 10 years before we really know. I think If i was in the market i would chance it. I think they will be fine reliability wise. Myabe buy one of those aftermarket extended warranties?
You are right on Wayne, the 02s dont seem to be selling that great. Awful lot of new 02s in the dealer adds.
