If you do a search you will find a lot of info on the proper procedure for rain gutter shaving. Ruf (probably amongst other tuners) did this on his cars, so it has a following. It is
not terribly involved compared to the fab work you have demonstrated already.
I see the rear bumper, now that you mentioned it - very nice.
