How many of you guys own two different types of Pcars? I love my SC and it is terrific fun. It starts every day and is my only car. However, my job is requiring me to drive more and more. I think it is ok to drive the SC, it was meant to be driven. But I start to think about getting something else to beat on for work, and just fun stuff for the SC.
I see that many own 944 NA's. I have never been a real fan of them; but they are cheap, good handling, more modern, yada yada. But I have been looking at 928's as well. I drove an S4 and it had terrific power, ample luxury, but was totally different. It is a big car to throw around. I know there are some electrical issues and something about pre-85 automatic trans. But I can pick one up for about as much as a good E30.
I do most of the maintenance on my SC, is this still possible on the 928? What do you think about a 928 as a DD?
