Years back there was a kid who lived down the street from me. He wanted a bike but his mother wouldn't have any of that. She'd always say "you'll get killed on one of those things". The rule was no bike as long as he lived at home. This kid knew everything you could want to know about street bikes, he ate slept and dreamt bikes. Right after graduation he got his own apartment and about six months later he had his bike. In an effort to keep mom happy he wore all the gear, helmet , gloves, leathers the works. One day he was flying down the street (yep speeding) and had a car pull out in front of him. He hit it right in the drivers door, the bike flew up in the air and landed in the IN the window of the drivers door, he went over the top of the car and was killed. Turns out it was his mother who had pulled out in front of him.
