There are 1 or 2 factory grommets on the firewall, not sure if they are on all model years though. Same for going into the cabin from the battery tray.
I have the boost controller mounted in my glove box. Easy to adjust, but not too easy if you get what i mean

No pics of the lines going through the firewall, but if memory serves right there is one right behind the cam tower hoist ring.
