Part of the challenge will be finding someone that does small, custom projects. Another challenge may be getting the parts to the shop as shipping might be expensive.

Mike is/has been active in racing in that area (SCCA I believe). Not sure if they would take on a project like this, but never hurts to make a connection.
Mark and Neil at Getty Design or Mike Shaw out here in CA might take on such a project... you might ping them.
There are likely also myriad "one man" operations all over the place... with experience to make a mold out of your parts and render a copy part in FRP or carbon fiber. Again, PCA racers or other types of racers in your area may have contacts.
