You just go there. They give you an offer that's good for a week. No cost to you and usually quickly in 30 minutes time. Then you can think about it and if you like it, take a week to buy a new car and drop off the old one there. There is no risk in doing this. They will pay with a bank draft, so if you need the cash to buy the new car, make sure you time it right.
