Earlier this year I got caught at night in a rainstorm on a narrow dirt road with soft edges next to a creek - and the bridge ahead was overflowing. Oh how I wished for rear foglights that night. Not the P car though; that would be a nightmare. btw the major disadvantage of LHD cars is reversing a manual car with no PS, using your non-dominant hand.
