I was thinking that the documented maintainence and the recent top end service would put most buyers at easy with a 140+k car. I would think a wise p-car enthusiast might even see it as an asset over a non-rebuild. You know it's coming and you know it isn't cheap.
I am thinking that 19-20k would be reasonable but honestly the numbers are all over the map.

Atlanta is generally a good area to sell a 911 in and people are more used to seeing high mile cars than other locations. I would try and sell locally before going the route of the Porsche community.
