Depends on the seat width.
On my 924, I mounted the rails to the side-mount adapters and then bolted them to the stock seat mounts. I think I had to drill two holes in the sliders to match the rear mounting points.
Make sure you use good quality hardware and proper thread engagement. Make sure to check if your seat requires the seat back to be supported. Some seats require it. Most racing organizations require it with a cage anyway.
