Missing interior door pockets, seats have been reupholstered, pedals are either replacements or add ons; speakers in the door panels and gearshift knob and leather boot look like add ons too, not to mention the exterior issues techweenie has already mentioned.
Not sure the owner would be considered a "collector" or a guy with a bunch of old cars.
Look for rust.. Trunk, battery boxes, front pan, longitudinals, rear seat/top of engine compartment too.
Value? ugh.. Potential money pit? yes
$7K-20K depending on the fickle buyer/seller dynamic. I'd lean closer to the low end imho.
