The fiberglass bumper is a replica of the late 4cyl. bumper, pre '75.
Note the rounded lower corner of the license plate indention.
The early bumper, used on all (4 & 6) '70 and '71 cars, is squared
off and the sides of the indented area are flat, rather than contoured. I can send a pic of my '70 4cyl rear bumper direct, but don't have a program to shrink it enough to post on this site.
